See why our customers trust us:
You’re not just learning drink recipes. You’re building the confidence to handle a packed Friday night shift without breaking a sweat.
Our intensive bartending course gets you behind a real bar setup with working soda guns, cash registers, and professional glassware. You’ll practice the muscle memory that separates confident bartenders from nervous beginners. By the time you finish, you’ll know how to read a room, manage multiple orders, and handle the pressure that comes with real bar work.
The result? You walk into job interviews knowing you can actually do the job. No fake-it-till-you-make-it anxiety. Just solid skills and the certification to back them up.
For over 30 years, we’ve been training bartenders who actually get hired. We’re not a weekend workshop or online course that leaves you guessing.
We operate New York’s largest bartending school with campuses in Long Island and Queens, serving students throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. Our instructors have worked real shifts in busy bars and restaurants across the region. They know what managers look for when hiring and what skills you need to survive your first week on the job.
Long Island’s hospitality scene is competitive. From Montauk’s seasonal hotspots to year-round establishments in Nassau County, employers want bartenders who can handle the pace and know their craft.
Our signature five-day program covers everything you need to start bartending professionally. You’ll begin with the fundamentals: proper pouring techniques, glassware selection, and classic cocktail recipes that every bartender should know cold.
Days two through four focus on speed and efficiency. You’ll work with real bar equipment, learning to operate soda guns, handle cash registers, and manage multiple orders simultaneously. We’ll teach you New York State alcohol laws, responsible service practices, and how to handle difficult situations professionally.
The final day brings it all together with simulated bar scenarios. You’ll practice peak-hour service, learn inventory management basics, and receive your New York State A.T.A.P. certification and Alcohol Beverage Control Law training. You’ll leave with official credentials and the practical skills to back them up.
