Real bar training, real skills, real job opportunities—all in one week of hands-on bartending course instruction.
See why our customers trust us:
You’re not here to memorize drink recipes from a textbook. You’re here to work behind an actual bar, use real equipment, and build the confidence that gets you hired.
Our bartending course puts you behind a fully equipped bar from day one. Real soda guns, actual glassware, working cash registers—the same setup you’ll find at any restaurant or bar in Nesconset. By the end of the week, you’ll know how to handle the rush, manage multiple orders, and deliver the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
This isn’t about theory. It’s about walking into any bar in Long Island and knowing exactly what to do from your first shift.
We’ve been training bartenders in Long Island for over three decades. We’re New York’s largest bartending school, and there’s a reason we’ve stayed that way.
We understand the Long Island hospitality market. From the busy restaurants along Route 347 to the seasonal venues near the shore, we know what employers want and how to prepare you for it. Our graduates work throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties because we train them with the real skills that matter.
Licensed by the New York State Department of Education, we provide the certifications employers actually recognize—not just a piece of paper, but credentials that open doors.
Our signature five-day program covers everything you need to start bartending professionally. Each day builds on the last, taking you from basic pours to handling complex orders with confidence.
You’ll start with fundamental bartending techniques—proper pouring, measuring, and mixing. Then we move into real-world scenarios: managing multiple customers, handling cash transactions, and working efficiently during busy periods. The final sessions focus on customer service, upselling techniques, and the professional standards that separate good bartenders from great ones.
Every student gets their own bar station, so you’re not watching someone else work—you’re doing it yourself. By graduation, you’ll have New York State A.T.A.P. certification, B.A.R. training, and the hands-on experience that makes employers take notice.
Ready to get started?
Your bartending course includes New York State A.T.A.P. certification—the alcohol awareness training that most Long Island bars and restaurants require. You’ll also receive B.A.R. training and complete instruction on Alcohol Beverage Control Law, so you’re fully compliant from day one.
The Long Island hospitality scene moves fast, especially during peak seasons when restaurants from Huntington to Montauk are fully booked. Our training prepares you for high-volume service, whether you’re working at a busy sports bar in Commack or a waterfront restaurant in Northport. You’ll learn the cash register systems, inventory management, and customer service skills that make you valuable to any establishment.
We also provide lifetime access to refresher courses and ongoing job placement support. The hospitality industry evolves, and we make sure our graduates stay current with new trends, techniques, and opportunities throughout their careers.
