Learn bartending skills that actually work in real bars, earn your official New York certification, and start your new career faster than you thought possible.
See why our customers trust us:
You’re not just learning drink recipes. You’re mastering the complete skill set that gets you hired and keeps you working in Long Island’s thriving hospitality scene.
Most bartending jobs require experience, but here’s the catch – you can’t get experience without a job. We solve that problem by giving you hands-on training with real bar equipment, actual cash registers, and the professional confidence that makes managers want to hire you immediately.
When you finish our program, you’ll walk into any bar interview knowing exactly what to do behind a busy bar. You’ll understand New York’s alcohol laws, handle difficult customers professionally, and mix drinks with the speed and precision that earns serious tips.
For over 30 years, we’ve trained more bartenders in New York than any other school. We’re not newcomers trying to figure it out – we’ve been placing graduates in Long Island bars, restaurants, and clubs since before most of our competitors existed.
Our Long Island and Queens campuses serve the entire region, including Merrick and surrounding Nassau County communities. We understand the local market because we’ve been part of it for decades, building relationships with the establishments that actually hire our graduates.
What makes us different isn’t flashy marketing or empty promises. It’s the fact that we’ve spent three decades perfecting a training system that works in real bars, not just classrooms.
Our signature five-day program is designed for people who want results, not endless theory. You’ll spend every day working behind actual bar setups with real equipment – the same soda guns, glassware, and cash registers you’ll use in your first job.
Day one starts with the fundamentals: proper pouring techniques, basic cocktail recipes, and bar organization. By day three, you’re handling multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy. Day five ends with you confidently managing a full bar simulation that mirrors what you’ll face on busy Friday nights.
Between hands-on practice, you’ll earn your official New York State A.T.A.P. certification and learn Alcohol Beverage Control Law – the credentials that prove to employers you’re serious and legally qualified to serve alcohol in New York.
