Week one: You learn everything from cocktail recipes to cash handling in our fully equipped bar environment. We cover mixology fundamentals, responsible alcohol service, and customer interaction—all the skills Nassau County employers demand.
You’ll practice on real equipment, handle actual scenarios, and earn your New York State A.T.A.P. certification plus B.A.R. training. No theory-heavy lectures or fake setups. Just hands-on experience that translates directly to your first shift.
