Our comprehensive curriculum covers over 200 drink recipes, professional bartending techniques, equipment operation, and customer service skills. You’ll train with real bar setups including soda guns, glassware, and cash registers used in actual establishments. The program includes New York State A.T.A.P. certification, Alcohol Beverage Control Law training, and B.A.R. certification. You’ll learn responsible alcohol service, ID checking procedures, and legal compliance requirements specific to New York establishments. Beyond technical skills, we cover customer interaction, suggestive selling techniques, and cash handling procedures. Our instructors are working bartenders who teach practical skills you’ll use immediately, from opening and closing procedures to handling difficult situations professionally.
