Professional bartending training with real job placement support and industry connections that actually get you hired fast.
See why our customers trust us:
You’re not looking for another certificate to hang on the wall. You want a real path to earning money behind the bar, and you want it without spending months figuring it out on your own.
That’s exactly what you get here. Real bar setups with actual soda guns, glassware, and cash register training so you walk in ready to work, not ready to learn on someone else’s time. Plus New York State A.T.A.P. certification that employers actually require.
The difference is simple: while other programs teach theory, you’ll practice on equipment that matches what you’ll use in actual bars across Long Island and NYC. You’ll handle real situations, real pressure, and real techniques that translate directly to tips in your pocket.
We’ve been New York’s largest bartending school for over three decades, with campuses in Long Island and Queens. That’s not just longevity—that’s proof that what we do works.
Our network runs deep in the industry. Restaurant managers, bar owners, and hiring coordinators know the quality of training that comes out of our programs. When you graduate, you’re not just another applicant—you’re someone they recognize as properly trained.
Located right in Long Island, we understand the local market better than anyone. We know which venues are hiring, what skills get you noticed, and how to position yourself for the best opportunities in Nassau County and beyond.
Our five-day full-time program covers everything you need to start working immediately. You’ll learn proper pouring techniques, cocktail recipes, cash handling, and customer service—all with hands-on practice using professional equipment.
Every day builds on the last. Day one covers the basics and bar setup. By day three, you’re mixing complex cocktails under pressure. Day five, you’re handling multiple orders while maintaining quality and speed.
Our condensed one-day option works for people with tighter schedules but still includes certification and core skills training. Both programs include New York State A.T.A.P. certification, which most employers require before you can legally serve alcohol.
After graduation, our job placement team connects you with our network of hiring partners. Full-time program graduates get lifetime refresher courses and ongoing career support through our 24/7 alumni job portal.

Your training includes official New York State A.T.A.P. certification, Alcohol Beverage Control Law training, and B.A.R. certification. These aren’t optional extras—they’re requirements that most Long Island bars and restaurants demand before hiring.
Our program also covers practical skills that separate working bartenders from people who just know drink recipes. You’ll learn inventory management, proper glassware handling, and how to work efficiently during rush periods.
