Master real bar skills with hands-on training, earn your New York State certification, and access our lifetime job placement network.
See why our customers trust us:
You’ll walk out confident behind any bar. Real soda guns, actual glassware, working cash registers—not classroom theory.
Within a week, you’re mixing drinks like you’ve been doing it for months. You know the pours, you handle the rush, and you’ve got the certifications employers actually want.
Our graduates don’t just find jobs—they find good jobs. The kind where tips add up fast and shifts fly by because you actually know what you’re doing.
We’re New York’s largest bartending school because we do one thing really well: we get people working. For three decades, we’ve been the bridge between “I want to bartend” and “I’m bartending.”
East Islip sits right in the heart of Long Island’s restaurant scene. From the waterfront spots along Great South Bay to the busy establishments throughout Suffolk County, our graduates work everywhere.
We’re not just another training program. We’re the school that restaurants call when they need skilled bartenders who won’t need three weeks to figure out the basics.
You’ll start behind an actual bar setup from day one. No sitting in rows taking notes about cocktails—you’re making them.
Week one covers everything: classic cocktails, beer service, wine basics, cash handling, and customer interaction. You’ll practice with the same equipment you’ll use on the job: soda guns, speed rails, POS systems.
By week’s end, you’re certified with New York State A.T.A.P. certification and ready for our job placement program. We connect you with Long Island establishments actively hiring—many of them call us first when they need bartenders.
Ready to get started?
Your course includes New York State A.T.A.P. certification, Alcohol Beverage Control Law training, and B.A.R. certification. These aren’t extras—they’re requirements most East Islip area establishments expect.
You get lifetime access to refresher courses and our 24/7 job portal. Long Island’s hospitality scene is always hiring, especially during summer season when waterfront restaurants and bars need experienced staff.
We offer both intensive five-day programs and condensed one-day options. Most East Islip students choose the full program because it includes ongoing career support that pays off long after graduation.
