Real bar training, official certification, and job placement support in Long Island’s premier bartending program.
See why our customers trust us:
You’re tired of watching other people make good money behind the bar while you’re stuck in a job that doesn’t pay enough. The truth is, bartending isn’t just about mixing drinks—it’s about having a skill that pays well, offers flexible hours, and opens doors across the hospitality industry.
Our students walk out with the confidence to handle any bar situation. You’ll know how to make classic cocktails, operate cash registers, handle difficult customers, and manage inventory. More importantly, you’ll have the certification employers actually want to see.
Within weeks of graduation, you could be earning $200-400 per night in tips alone. That’s not a promise—that’s what happens when you have real skills and the right connections to get hired.
We’ve been training bartenders in Long Island since before craft cocktails were trendy. Over three decades, we’ve placed thousands of graduates in bars, restaurants, and catering companies across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
What makes us different isn’t just our experience—it’s our equipment. You’ll train on real bar setups with working soda guns, ice wells, and point-of-sale systems. No fake plastic bottles or imaginary customers.
Our Long Island location serves Dix Hills, Huntington, Melville, and surrounding communities with programs designed for people who need real skills fast. Whether you’re career-changing or adding bartending to your skill set, you’ll get the hands-on training that actually prepares you for the job.
Day one starts with the fundamentals—how to hold a shaker, measure accurately, and build drinks efficiently. You’re not watching demonstrations; you’re behind an actual bar making real cocktails with professional equipment.
By day three, you’re handling multiple orders, operating cash registers, and learning the psychology of customer service. We cover everything from wine service to responsible alcohol management, including your New York State A.T.A.P. certification.
Day five wraps up with job placement preparation. You’ll practice interviews, build your resume, and get access to our alumni job portal. Most graduates start interviewing within their first week after certification, and many land positions immediately.
Ready to get started?
Your tuition includes New York State A.T.A.P. certification, Alcohol Beverage Control Law training, and B.A.R. certification—the credentials Long Island employers expect to see. You’ll also get lifetime access to refresher courses, because techniques and trends change.
The Long Island hospitality market is competitive, but trained bartenders with proper certification have advantages. From Huntington’s restaurant scene to catering companies serving the North Shore, employers need people who can handle volume and maintain quality.
Our job placement support doesn’t end at graduation. You’ll have access to our 24/7 alumni portal, ongoing career guidance, and connections with employers who specifically recruit our graduates. We also offer a condensed one-day program for those with scheduling constraints, though the five-day course provides more comprehensive preparation.
