Real bar training, real certification, real job placement—start earning immediately after our proven bartending course.
See why our customers trust us:
You’re not looking for another classroom theory session. You need skills that work on day one, behind a real bar, with real customers expecting real drinks made right.
That’s exactly what happens here. You’ll work with actual soda guns, professional glassware, and cash registers—the same equipment you’ll use in your first bartending job. No plastic cups or pretend scenarios.
After five days of hands-on training, you walk out with New York State A.T.A.P. certification, confident drink-making skills, and access to our job placement network. Most students start working within weeks of graduation, not months.
For over 30 years, we’ve been training bartenders across Long Island and Queens. We’re not the newest school, and we’re not trying flashy marketing tricks.
What we do is simple: we teach you to bartend using real equipment, real techniques, and real industry connections. Our Long Island location serves Bellmore and surrounding Nassau County communities with the same hands-on approach that’s launched thousands of bartending careers.
The proof is in our alumni network—bartenders working at restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and bars throughout the region, many of whom still use our lifetime refresher courses and job placement resources years after graduation.
You have two options: our signature five-day full-time program or a condensed one-day intensive course. Both include hands-on instruction and official certification.
The five-day program covers everything from basic drink recipes to advanced mixology techniques, cash register operation, and customer service skills. You’ll practice on real bar setups, learning to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Your training includes New York State A.T.A.P. certification, Alcohol Beverage Control Law education, and B.A.R. training. After graduation, you get lifetime access to refresher courses and our 24/7 alumni job portal—because your success doesn’t end when class does.
Ready to get started?
Your bartending course includes more than just drink recipes. You get comprehensive training on cash handling, inventory management, and responsible alcohol service—skills that make you valuable to any establishment.
In Nassau County’s competitive hospitality market, employers want bartenders who can handle busy nights at Bellmore’s restaurants and bars, weekend events, and seasonal rushes. Our training prepares you for real-world scenarios, not textbook situations.
You’ll also receive professional resume assistance, interview preparation, and access to our extensive network of hiring partners throughout Long Island. Many of our graduates find positions at local establishments in Bellmore, Merrick, Wantagh, and surrounding areas through our job placement resources.
