Real bar training, real certification, real job opportunities in just five days.
See why our customers trust us:
You’re not looking for another classroom theory session. You need skills that work behind an actual bar, with real customers, under real pressure.
That’s exactly what you get here. You’ll work with actual soda guns, cash registers, and bar setups—the same equipment you’ll use on the job. No pretend scenarios or textbook examples.
By the end of your training, you’ll know how to handle rush periods, difficult customers, and complex drink orders without breaking a sweat. More importantly, you’ll have the confidence that comes from hands-on practice and the certification that gets you hired.
For over 30 years, we’ve been training bartenders who actually get hired. We’re not just another training facility—we’re the largest bartending school in New York, with campuses on Long Island and Queens.
What sets us apart isn’t just size. It’s results. Our graduates work at top establishments throughout the tri-state area because they’ve learned on real equipment, earned legitimate certifications, and developed the confidence that comes from proper training.
We maintain relationships with hundreds of bars, restaurants, and event venues across Long Island and NYC. When you graduate, you’re not just certified—you’re connected to opportunities that matter.
Choose your schedule: five days full-time or one intensive day. Both options cover the same essential skills and certification requirements.
You’ll start with drink recipes and techniques, then move to hands-on practice with real bar equipment. Cash register training, customer service scenarios, and responsible alcohol service round out your education. Every session includes practice with actual glassware, tools, and POS systems.
Your certification includes New York State A.T.A.P. certification, Alcohol Beverage Control Law training, and B.A.R. certification. These aren’t just certificates—they’re the credentials employers actually require. Plus, you get lifetime access to refresher courses and ongoing career support through our alumni network.
Ready to get started?
Your course includes all official certifications required by New York State, plus practical training on real bar equipment. You’ll learn cocktail recipes, wine service, beer knowledge, and responsible alcohol service protocols.
The Long Island market offers excellent opportunities for trained bartenders. Popular venues in Nassau and Suffolk counties regularly hire our graduates, with starting wages typically ranging from $15-25 per hour plus tips. Weekend shifts at busy restaurants and event venues can easily generate $200-400 in tips alone.
Career support doesn’t end at graduation. You’ll have access to our 24/7 job portal, resume assistance, and ongoing placement support. Many graduates find positions within days of completing their certification, particularly in the busy Long Island restaurant and event scene.
